4.2 Prohibited Activities

Any kind of abuse of the services is strictly prohibited. You agree NOT to:

  • Scan or upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Use the App to scan copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
  • Scan content that contains violence, adult material, or inappropriate language.
  • Upload content that violates any local, state, national, or international laws.
4.2.2 Technical Abuse
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or manipulate the App.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
  • Attempt to overwhelm our servers or disrupt service availability.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
4.2.3 Commercial Misuse
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the App.
  • Use the App to compete with our services.
4.2.4 False Information
  • Provide false or misleading information during registration.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limitations.
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities.

5. Free Trial and Usage Limitations

5.1 Current Free Trial Terms

  • Free trial is limited to scanning or processing 10 page contents.
  • Free trial is limited to one child profile per account.
  • Free trial features may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
  • These limitations may change in the future with appropriate notice to users.

5.2 Usage Monitoring

  • We monitor usage to ensure compliance with trial limitations.
  • Exceeding free trial limits may result in service restrictions.
  • Additional usage requires upgrading to a paid subscription plan.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

6.1 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate user registration if we determine that:

  • The App has been misused or abused.
  • Terms and Conditions have been violated.
  • Inappropriate content has been consistently uploaded.
  • False information was provided during registration.
  • Technical abuse or unauthorized access attempts have occurred.
  • Legal requirements necessitate account termination.

6.2 Termination Process

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately without prior notice.
  • We will attempt to provide notice when reasonably possible.
  • Upon termination, your access to the App and all associated data may be permanently removed.
  • You may appeal termination decisions by contacting our support team.

6.3 Termination by User

  • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Paid subscription cancellations are subject to our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • We are not liable for any temporary service interruptions.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the App.
